About DealersGPT
DealersGPT is dealership management software for car showrooms in Qatar. It brings WhatsApp conversations, leads, stock, a dealer website, deals, accounting and owner reporting into one system, in Arabic and English.
Who is behind it
Two separate companies are involved, and each has its own role.

(DealersCloud)
Develops the DealersGPT software. It also sells the subscriptions, and it is the company named in the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement that a dealership accepts when it signs up.

How this affects you
If you are a dealership, read the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement before you sign up. They set out your contract and who is responsible for which data.

How we build it
Official WhatsApp only.
No unofficial automation, on any route.
Car facts come from the showroom’s records.
Price, mileage and availability are checked against the showroom’s own records before a reply goes out.
Arabic is a working language.
Screens, documents and customer replies work in Arabic as well as English.
Each showroom’s data stays its own.
Records are separated in the database, and access follows each person’s role and branch.
